Overview
An interactive atlas of the cohort from Ashley et al., Clinical Cancer Research, 2023: 44 patients with newly diagnosed endometrial cancer, enrolled in a study that sequenced their cell-free DNA over 24 months alongside their primary tumors. The atlas charts the released primary-tumor mutations and clinical data.

What the study found: Circulating tumor DNA at baseline or after surgery was associated with shorter progression-free survival. Before surgery, tumor mutations were detected in cfDNA in 8 of 36 patients with sequencing data, all with advanced-stage disease, high tumor volume or an aggressive histologic type. In the 6 patients whose cancer recurred, circulating tumor DNA levels tracked progression and response to therapy.
