Overview
Cohort: 24 endometrial cancers from 24 patients at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, released on cBioPortal with no linked publication. 21 are endometrioid, 2 mixed serous/endometrioid and 1 serous. By molecular subtype, 16 are copy-number-low (NSMP), 4 are MSI-high/mismatch repair–deficient, and 4 are copy-number-high/p53-abnormal (one of them classed as likely).
Platform: Targeted sequencing of tumors and matched normal samples with MSK-IMPACT; 23 of the 24 samples have sequencing data. The release includes mutations, copy-number alterations and structural variants.
Clinical annotations: Histology, molecular subtype, MSI score (23 of 24), tumor mutational burden, fraction of genome altered, tumor purity, race and ethnicity.
