Overview
The Dataset
Using single-cell whole-genome sequencing, the authors analysed 70 HGSOC samples from 41 patients, generating 30,260 tumour genomes. This is one of the largest single-cell genomic datasets ever assembled for any cancer type.
The samples were treatment-naïve (untreated at time of diagnosis), and the multimodal approach also included site-matched immunofluorescent staining for markers of micronuclei and DNA sensing.
