• Evaluation of vaginal leiomyoma by dynamic transvaginal ultrasound improves the diagnosis, with the impact on surgical planning, and surgical outcomes.

• Sonovaginography using three‐dimensional ultrasound allows the assessment of spatial relationship between the cervix and the tumor.
