This study developed biomimetic NIR-II aggregation-induced emission (AIE) nanoparticles (2TB-NPs@TM) for high-efficiency NIR-II imaging and targeted phototherapy of ovarian cancer, which imparts excellent biocompatibility and enhances drug delivery efficiency, leading to potent synergistic therapeutic effects.
