Surgery through a minimally invasive approach is the mainstay of the initial management of endometrial cancer, while sentinel lymph node (SLN) technique enhances the already excellent outcomes of minimally invasive full surgical staging. We described a case of a patient diagnosed with endometrioid endometrial cancer, International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) grade 2 (p53 wild-type, mismatch repair-proficient). Preoperative findings suggested a presumed FIGO 2023 stage IA2. The patient underwent a full surgical staging including hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and bilateral SLN biopsy. The total operative time was 100 min, and the estimated blood loss was 30 mL. The surgical procedure was performed without complications.
