Cervical Paraganglioma Negative on Both 68Ga-DOTATATE and 18F-FDG PET/CT Studies

A 66-year-old woman with a nodule between the bladder and the vagina underwent both ⁶⁸ Ga-DOTATATE and ¹⁸ F-FDG PET/CT. Neither study showed increased activity in the nodule. Cervical paraganglioma was diagnosed from the pathologic examination.
