The current review described a 55-year woman using 28 months to finish her surgery-based radiation-free multimodality treatment journey to fight International Federation of Gynaecology & Obstetrics (FIGO) 2018 clinical stage IIA2 (cT2aN0M0) squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the cervix.
