Question 1

How are researcher profiles built on OCRA?

Accepted Answer

Profiles are constructed from ORCID records, PubMed author data, and institutional affiliations via ROR. Each profile includes a MeSH-based research expertise map derived from the researcher's publication history.

Question 2

Can I find collaborators in a specific research area?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Browse investigators by research focus, institution, or MeSH expertise. Co-author networks and shared study participation help identify potential collaborators in gynecologic oncology.

Question 3

What is the MeSH expertise profile on each researcher page?

Accepted Answer

The MeSH profile summarizes a researcher's publication topics using Medical Subject Headings. It shows the diseases, techniques, and chemicals most frequently associated with their published work.
