Question 1

How are institutions identified on OCRA?

Accepted Answer

Institutions are resolved through the Research Organization Registry (ROR), a global persistent identifier system. ROR IDs link each institution to its canonical record and downstream affiliations on researcher profiles.

Question 2

What information does each institution page include?

Accepted Answer

Each institution page aggregates affiliated investigators, published papers, studies with institutional participation, and funded research. Cross-links make it easy to trace research output across teams.

Question 3

How can my institution appear on OCRA?

Accepted Answer

Institutions appear automatically when affiliated investigators publish papers indexed from PubMed, CrossRef, or ORCID. Ensure researcher ORCID profiles list the institution so it resolves against ROR.
